AmpedOC is Commentable

So check this out, I have added a new feature to our nice little website. I present to you, "Comments." Our website is a little more like a forum now, in which, you guys can post comments. At the bottom of each post, in green, it will say "# Comments." This is a link, click it, and then make your post!
